Information pursuant to law n. 196/2003 on the protection of personal data.

Tellarini Pompe s.n.c. di Giovanni Tellarini & C. as owner of the processing of personal data pursuant to the applicable Italian legislation provides the information pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter G.D.P.R.) recognizing the importance of the protection of personal data and considering its protection one of the main objectives of its business.

This Privacy Policy is understood as reffering  to the site www.tellarinipompe.it (hereinafter Site), while it does not apply to other websites that may be consulted through external links and is to be understood as Information provided pursuant to art. 13 of the G.D.P.R. to those who interact with the Site.

 

This site is aimed only at users over the age of 18.

Personal data collected from the Site

Browsing data

The computer systems of the Site collect Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with you, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to identify it (e.g. IP addresses).

Data provided voluntarily

Through the Site you have the opportunity to voluntarily provide Personal Data for the use of the "Contact Us" form such as the name, surname, name of the company concerned, the country in which the company concerned is based, address E -mail, and optionally the phone number. The Data Controller will process these data in compliance with the G.D.P.R. For the processing of the aforementioned form it is mandatory to provide the name, surname, company name, the country in which the company is based and the E-mail address. Failing this, the form cannot be used.

 

Purpose, methods and legal basis of the treatment

1) The navigation data will be processed for the purposes necessary to consult the Site and, moreover, for purposes related to the consultation itself. These data are processed in an automated form and are collected in aggregate form in order to verify the correct functioning of the Site itself.

2) In the event that the user uses the "Contact Us" form, your Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller to process advanced requests.

The purpose referred to in point 1) does not entail the unencrypted processing of personal data as they are collected in aggregate form and referable to a specific interested party only through association and processing with personal data held by third parties.

The purpose referred to in point 2) has the consent of the interested party as the legal basis.

 

Recipients of personal data and retention period of the same

To achieve the purposes set out in this statement, we must allow access to your Personal Data to third parties who support us in the provision of the services we offer you, namely:

1) technological service providers;

2) people authorized by the Data Controller to process Personal Data pursuant to art. 29 of the G.D.P.R. in order to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services or the existing contract, which have committed themselves to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;

3) subjects, entities or authorities, independent data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data pursuant to legal provisions or orders from the authorities.

Personal Data are recorded and stored on databases located in Italy.

The retention period of the a.m. Personal Data is in line with current regulatory provisions.

The data will be processed until the aforementioned purposes are achieved.

 

Rights of the interested parties

Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right to request at any time, access to your Personal Data, the correction or cancellation of the same, the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, obtain the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and device-readable format, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the G.D.P.R. At any time, you can withdraw ex art. 7 of the G.D.P.R. the consent given, lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 of the G.D.P.R. (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force. You can make a request for opposition to the processing of your data pursuant to art. 21 of the G.D.P.R. in which to give evidence of the reasons that justify the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the application, which would not be accepted in the case of the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms. Requests must be sent in writing to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.
