By brewing we mean the set of knowledge and techniques used in the production and conservation of beer, one of the oldest alcoholic beverages in the world. It is produced starting from a selection of cereals (the most common is barley but also wheat, corn, rice, spelled, rye or others are used). To extract the sugar part, the cereal is germinated, letting it rest in hot water. The material obtained is mixed with water and brought to a boil, together with aromas (the most common is hops), achieving the must. With the addition of yeasts, the fermentation process starts, at the end of which the beer is obtained. Decanting and pumping are essential in this process, as well as the cardboard filters for treating beer before bottling and avoiding unpleasant deposits. Tellarini Pompe has a perfectly suitable range for these operations, has a large experience in the field and is able to advise the best solutions. The ALM and ALT series pumps are self-priming and made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel; this material is the best choice for contact with food liquids and perfectly resistant to sanitizing products. To adapt to any situation, they can be supplied with seals for high temperatures, with multiple types of ports (GAS, DIN 11851, CLAMP, SMS), with electronic speed variator, with quick disassembly solutions, when a quick manual sanitization of the internal parts of the pump. Tellarini filters have a frame which is made entirely of stainless steel, therefore they are perfectly washable and extremely durable.
