Oenology means the mixture of knowledge and techniques used in winemaking, or the process for the production and storage of wine. Starting from the harvested grapes, the first phase is called pressing; from this process you get the must, that is the raw grape juice, from which you will obtain the wine, after a series of steps. These phases include decanting, filtration, reassembly and bottling; here, electric pumps and filter systems play a fundamental role. Tellarini Pompe has developed a range of dedicated products, such as the ALM, ALT and AL series pumps, which are self-priming and made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel; this material is the best choice for contact with food liquids and perfectly resistant to sanitizing products. To adapt these products to any wine making system, they can be supplied with multiple types of ports: GAS or food / wine making (MACON, DIN 11851, CLAMP, SMS, etc.). Versions with electronic speed variator are also available, to regulate the flow rate and to set low speed pumping in delicate phases and quick disassembly solutions, when a quick manual sanitization of the internal parts of the pump is required. A line of cardboard filters, to remove the particles that remain in the wine after crushing and fermentation, completes the wine range. These filters have a frame made entirely of stainless steel, therefore they are perfectly washable and extremely durable.
